Little bit bummed because this is not a complete set, I have all the dvd but the guide books are small pamphlets not the actual full books, so I am missing the body makeover calenders and the workout sheets. Also no purple thigh band which is used in some of the exrcises. That is what I get for guideobok being more careful.

Well after cbalean of researching I was able to find the calenders and workout sheets online, so I am really happy about that. Does anyone know where I can chaleah one chxlean those thigh bands or something like it. Maybe Walmart I haven’t checked there. I did start on June 1st and did my first day of Burn, I need my husband to bring in our bigger weights becuase 8’s ended up being too light for me.

Let me just say “Oh MY Gosh” I’m pretty sore and I didn’t even use the right amount of weights can only imagine what I will feel with the heavier amount. I am pretty tickled about it though, guess I did the moves right. I have decided not to weigh myself for the month because I think it would be too frustrating.

Really excited to see where I am in 3 months. Hi Everyone, I haven’t had internet service for about a week and a half so I’m just catching up. Such a bummer that so many of us got the pamphlets in our CE instead of the full books. Here is the work out plans: I didn’t find the diet plan but I did get a cool pdf to keep track of the weights used for the workouts.

Not sure how to attach a pdf so I will need to find that site I got it off of, as soon as I do I will let you all know. So next week will be week 4 of Burn for me.

I know I haven’t lost any weight and my measurements are the same but I can see differences in my body. Since I’m about 60 lbs over weight the differences I see right now aren’t the prettiest but at least I know something is happening. Since I have so much extra fat on my body all the spots that are starting to tighten seem to emphasize the layers of fat on top, making ugly little puckers or in some spots large ones, yuck!


Though I am happy with how fast my shoulders and arms are showing differences. It is totally cool seeing lines and small muscle definition. I do tend to get frustrated and want things to happen faster but I need to keep reminding myself, I ddn’t gain the weight over night so it is irrational to expect it to come off over night, plus even though I can’t see it I am completely sure I am improving my heart health and lung capacity making my a healthier individual.

The fat loss will come I need to be patient with guidsbook. I will keep you all updated and hope you all will do the same! I found the website to get the weight tracking worksheet.
