It is for this reason that I am trying to download a new version, with a new email address, that is not connected to the old account that no longer seems to work. If I use the “register for the 30 day trial” link from the login page above, I will be downloading Jitterbit Dwta that I can use for 30 days after which time I will presumably need to purchase a licence. What I am trying to do is to download a new version of 6.

Can’t download Jitterbit Data Loader
Then login to login. Inside the Menu dropdown select agents. In the Dataloader Agent row go over to Action and select Remove.
After that when you redownload Dataloader it should work correctly. As you can see, in both the images, we have a drop-down under ‘Jitterbit’ on the topmost blue bar of the page. The drop down consists of the email id you registered with. Once downloaded, install and login with the credentials you registered with. Hi, I followed the jtterbit immediately above and installed data loader as a trial, which has since expired. When I loxder to access the existing environment I get a popup saying that I have insufficient privileges.

Looks like you installed Harmony. Thanks for the quick response Vanessa! The data loader link kept on taking me to Harmony, so I created a new account, logged in and downloaded data loader. Then when I installed Data Loader I logged in with my old credentials and all was well.
